A Note on Choosing Your Toys

We kindly ask that you choose your items carefully before completing your order. Because we process orders quickly to get them to you, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind, wrong selections, or if you find the item at a different price elsewhere.

If There is a Problem with Your Order

Your happiness and safety are important to us. If a toy arrives with a problem, you are fully covered by Australian Consumer Guarantees.

  • Major Issues: If a toy arrives broken, is unsafe, or is completely different from what you ordered, you can choose between a full refund or a replacement.
  • Minor Issues: If the problem is small, we will help get it sorted by either repairing the item or offering a replacement.

  2. Show us the issue: Attaching a quick photo or video helps us assess the problem faster for you.
  3. The Next Steps: Once we confirm the fault, we will provide you with a return label (on us!) and get your refund or replacement processed as quickly as possible.

To help us find your order in our system, please keep a copy of your order confirmation email or tax invoice.
